Make a donation to the Cray-Cyber Project

The Cray-Cyber Project is the founder of the "association for historical computers" (Gesellschaft fuer historische Rechenanlagen e.V., a German Association registered at Munich VR 17858). This is a tax-exempt non-profit organization according to German Law.
So we can accept donations, too, and we depend on them.

There are two types of donations:
- Money donations
- Item donations

Item donations: Please contact Freddy Meerwaldt if you have an item you want to donate.
Money donations: If you are located within Germany, please direct your donation to account No. 2211769 at VR-Bank Starnberg, BLZ 700 932 00, IBAN: DE15 7009 3200 0002 2117, BIC: GENODEF1STH
You will receive a receipt valid for presentation to your local tax office for deduction.
If you are located outside Germany, please see below ("What do you need to donate").
Both accounts are for the entire association, so if you donate, make sure you specify, that your money should go to the Cray-Cyber project. Optionally, you can also specify for which kind you want to have your money used (a human will read it, no machine :-))
Special Service: We will also inform you (if you want that, please write it into the description) for what we spent the money you donated, and will send you pictures of it (if it is photographable).

Which costs do we have:
The Cray-Cyber Project has lots of costs - first of all of course the
Power costs
To make the machines available to you we need
Internet connectivity
The machines have to stand somewhere so we also pay
room rent
Then we also need the machines (they are mostly free), but we need to
transport the machines
(which can be pretty expensive, as sometimes cranes are needed or machines have to come from the USA)

What do you need to donate:
You either need a credit card, a PayPal account or a simple bank account.
If you want to donate via a normal bank account, please mail Freddy Meerwaldt for your country-specific bank account information (the information for Germany is written above).
If you like to donate via Credit-Card, please use the form below.
Your donation goes to the "Gesellschaft fuer historische Rechenanlagen" which is German and means "Association for historical computers", so don't wonder if you see the above term in your donation.
In order to donate, just fill out the following form and you'll get to the page where you can fill out further information:

Description:
Amount in US-Dollars:

The Cray-Cyber team thanks you for your donation!
